Where available, you are responsible for ensuring the signing process and agreement meet applicable legal requirements. The platform provides signing functionality but not legal advice or a guarantee of enforceability in every jurisdiction.

The service may send reminders through WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, or email. You are responsible for message content, recipient details, the right to contact recipients, and compliance with communication, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.

You retain responsibility for information, documents, agreements, and other content you enter. You give us limited permission to store and process that content solely to provide requested functionality.

You may not commit or facilitate illegal activity, impersonate others, access accounts without authorization, distribute malicious software, abuse communication features, process information unlawfully, or interfere with platform operation or security.

We aim for reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control may cause interruptions.

Features may depend on hosting, communication, email, payment, or authentication providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

The platform is a business management tool. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, debt-collection, or professional advice. Obtain professional advice when necessary.

We may restrict or terminate access if an account appears to be used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
